Worldwide, many patients with decompensated liver disease cannot get timely transplantation due to the shortage of donors. In this case, stem cell therapy seems be an alternative for end stage disease. The aim article is conduct a meta-analysis evaluate effectiveness in Medline, Embase and Cochrane Library were searched relevant studies. Only controlled trials enrolled meta-analysis. Random effect model or fixed will used analyze collected data depending on heterogeneity pooled Review Manager 5.3 was statistical analysis. 8 publications involving 9 studies included final conducted China, Iran, Egypt India. Cell did not change level serum albumin score at 12 w 24 w. Furthermore, no matter w, total bilirubin showed decline.
